Anyone wishing to carry out a research project at the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et services sociaux du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal (CCOMTL) or under its auspices must hold research privileges. To obtain research privileges from the CCOMTL, the individual must demonstrate that he or she has the appropriate competencies and knowledge to conduct research projects, in order to ensure the safety and integrity of the participants involved (Policy: Procédure d'octroi des privileges d'exercice de la recherche.pdf, in French only).
IMPORTANT: Research Privileges are required to submit projects in Nagano
How to obtain Research privileges
In order to obtain research privileges, the person requesting privileges must complete this form.
Please note that the form must be completed in one session. For researchers who are not members (regular or collaborator) of one of the CCOMTL infrastructures (LDI, CAU CREGES, IU SHERPA, CRIR), please have the following information and documents available before you begin:
- Up-to-date CV demonstrating research skills and achievements
- Summary of your research project which includes the title of your project
- Proof of privileges at another SSRH institution, if applicable (external researcher)
- Proof of university affiliation, if applicable (external researcher)
- Proof of membership in a professional order, if applicable
