UTRF Le Glenmount

The Rehabilitation beds at UTRF Le Boulevard (5900 Boulevard Decarie) will be transferred to the newly-built UTRF Le Glenmount (3530 Jean-Talon West) on March 29, 2021. These beds (17 in total) are overseen by CIUSSS West-Central Montreal as part of a public/private partnership. Clients who are currently at Le Boulevard will be transferred to the Glenmount by adapted transport. Nathalie Farley, Rehabilitation Coordinator, Physical Health Sector, is excited about the move. “We are leaving good partners and going into another partnership in an environment that is more suited to our current Rehabilitation Needs. “The aim of the Rehabilitation program  at UTRF Le Glenmountis to offer care and services adapted to the needs of the elderly or vulnerable adults who have received acute care in a hospital environment and whose medical condition has stabilized, but for whom the return home is uncertain or compromised due to decreased functional abilities and security issues.
