The school team is composed of social workers, clinical nurses, dental hygienists, and pivot agents who work with school-aged youth up to 21 years old and their families.
This team adopts the school and healthy environment approach and works directly in certain public primary and secondary schools in the CIUSSS Centre-Ouest territory.
The interventions aim to promote physical and mental health and prevent health problems to support the development, well-being, and educational success of young people.
