6- to-17-year-old vaccination

Some vaccinations must be administered or renewed before your child starts school. Therefore, it is recommended that your child's vaccination status be updated for the ages of 6 to 17. To learn more about the vaccines your child should receive, consult the recommended  vaccination schedule.

How to make an appointment?  

Although some services are offered on a walk-in basis, we strongly advise you to schedule an appointment. An appointement can be made on   Clic santé, or at 514-734-9911, option 4. 

 What to bring? 

• Your medicare card (if you have one) or your IFH (Interim Federal Health Program) document. 
• Your vaccination record.
