Test centre services are available only by appointment, which can be scheduled on  clicsante.ca  or at 514-734-9911. 

Test centres in CLSCs

To make an appointment* at a CLSC test centre, visit  ClicSante.ca or call 514-734-9911, Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except holidays, and an agent will assist you.  

*Appointments are mandatory.

Public notice - Starting February 24, 2025, the test services currently provided at CLSC Parc-Extension will be transferred to the Parc-Extension Local Point of Service (PSL), located at 7101 Park Avenue.

Jewish General Hospital

In order to improve the experience for our users and reduce in-hospital wait times, the Jewish General Hospital (JGH) is joining forces with Clic Santé, an online appointment system.

For an appointment* at the JGH Test Centre, visit  CLICSANTE.ca/CCO/HGJ or call 514-934-8228 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding statutory holidays, and an agent will help you.

*Appointments are mandatory.

Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Preparing for your appointment

  • Upon arrival at the Test Centre, patients must present a test requisition form, as well as a valid JGH hospital card.
  • Hospital cards can be obtained before the appointment in room E-0014 (Pavilion E, S1 level near the Légaré entrance).
  • To minimize the number of people in the waiting room and to ensure that appointments are managed properly, patients are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the time they have booked.
