De quoi bien débuter la journée avant d'aller travailler auprès de nos patients. | Oui, il y a encore de beaux événements qui se déroulent dans ce nouveau monde de la COVID - une future mariée avec sa famille du travail! | Qui a dit qu'on ne pouvait pas lâcher son fou en temps de COVID - voilà ce que ça donne dans le service de physiothérapie! | Voici deux photos de moi en mars 2020 quand la pandémie faisait rage et que l’on cherchait les solutions de protection contre le virus. Je travaille en dialyse à l’Hôpital général juif. Nous avons des patients qui viennent directement de chez eux. On ne sait pas s’ils ont été en contact avec les membres de la famille ou des amis qui ont contracté le virus. Beaucoup de nos patients viennent des CHSLD où la COVID a fait beaucoup de victimes. Nous avons installé un service de triage et de test dans le service pour contrôler et éviter la propagation du virus. Tous ceux qui avaient des symptômes ou étaient testés positifs à la COVID étaient installés en chambres d’isolement lors des soins. Toutes les précautions de protection étaient prises. Ceci nous a permis de maîtriser la propagation de virus dans notre service. | |

| These pictures were taken in the donning room in 8NW (D8) while it was Geri-COVID-rehab. Leonid Malai and I were the two regular physiotherapists on the unit, which was created specifically for the pandemic. We would work hard together, but still have fun and laugh as we taped up the gloves on each other's outfits. | ||

Throughout the hardest times, my head nurse (Sophie-Line Kettenbeil) took the time to decorate my office door (as my office was in the hot zone and it was locked down). We celebrated my birthday as what I called it "hot zone style," and I can say it was a most memorable birthday. |

We have the gardian angels all around us and in SAPA, at CLSC CDN-site Plaza we also have the covid charlie's angel. It would be great if we could post on our social media, a picture of these three dedicated women who are not only in front line with our clients at SAPA but also they are contributing to a positive work climate and I am so grateful to have them in my team! | ||
