Some vaccines should be administered or renewed before your child starts school. Therefore, it is recommended to update your child's vaccination status.. To learn more about the vaccines your child should receive, consult the recommended vaccination schedule

Who can receive certain vaccines ?

DCAT-VPI (diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus-polio vaccine)

  • Any 2- to 5-year-old who has not already received this vaccine or whose vaccination schedule is not up to date

VARICELLA

  • Any 2- to 5-year-old who has not already been vaccinated or whose vaccination schedule is not up to date

Vaccination Status Review 

This service is available to everyone, adults and children, including those: 

  • Residing in Quebec 
  • New arrivals to Quebec from another Canadian province or territory or another country 
  • Those uncertain of their vaccination status 
  • And others.

What to bring 

  • Your medicare card (if you have one) or your IFH (Interim Federal Health Program) document. 
  • Your vaccination record
